A small group training academy focussed on educating 8- 18 year olds on strength training, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle. We teach our students the correct techniques of weightlifting and training, ensuring they can exercise safely and effectively through a well-structured and intelligent programming regimen alongside our educational curriculum which is centred around instilling positive lifestyle habits & behaviours, whilst educating on nutrition and more!

PROGRESSIVE TRAINING PROGRam

At the FFTA, we run our training programs in 6 week blocks. We repeat the same workout for 6 weeks (running 3 different workouts within the week) with the goal of progressively overloading each session.

Our program is meticulously structured and intelligently programmed to future proof your child so they can move well & move well for a long time!

Each program covers fundamental movement patterns such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, push and pull exercises to ensure your child gets stronger through their full body and understands how to execute these movements for now and forever.

The benefits of strength training are limitless but increased strength, improved body composition and metabolism, increases mobility and bodily awareness and increased performance in sport are just a few.

EDUcational curriculum

We set ourselves apart by taking the time to build out a full curriculum of teaching for each new block.

Why do we take the time to do this?

To educate your children on the things we’ve seen adults struggle with in later life.

Prevention is better than cure, knowledge is better than lack of, and the younger you can learn habits & skills, the more engrained it is.

We teach the fundamentals of nutrition, positive lifestyle habits such as hydration, sleep & we even talk about increasing productivity, looking after mental health & more to give our students the tools & knowledge to reach their full potential and set themselves up for a “fitter future”.
