Quitting smoking is hard Stopping eating sugar feels impossible Moving more feels difficult Unlearning bad habits is not easy You’re un conditioning yourself from things you’ve been doing autonomously for years… But what if you didn’t have to? What if you could condition good habits from a young age so instead of the bad habits, it’s good habits that become autonomous. Maybe it’s too late for you, but you can set your kids up to do just that! And that’s where we come in πŸ˜‰
A huge win from the week! We’ve been busy with summer camps and this moment is one we won’t forget anytime soon❀️ Mo was a little scared to do pull ups but after some support from his big brother and us, he smashed them out πŸ’ͺ🏼 they even felt easy by the end πŸ˜‰ We love seeing our students get more and more confident every session. Building self belief, self determination and a bullet proof mindset from a young age setting them up for a fitter future πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ”₯🀍
What would you give to see your child thrive? Pretty sure you’d give anything and everything. I’m not just talking about them thriving physically, but emotionally and cognitively too. You see, what we do here at FFTA is much more than just teaching children how to lift weights. It’s teaching them they are capable of more than their mind believes, it’s instilling confidence and empowering them, it’s creating an environment for them where they can socialise with others who are like minded, it increases their productivity and their self awareness, it shapes them for the future. We aren’t just focussed on the workout we take them through today, but instead, the life we help them create for themselves in the future πŸ’ͺ🏼❀️

Firstly, well done for acknowledging this. Secondly, DO NOT tell your child they need to go on a “diet”. Your child isn’t the one that needs to “diet”, it’s you as the parent’s responsibility to ensure your child has the right foods to manage their weight. A few questions to ask yourself as the parent: - how many takeaways am I allowing per week? - how many nutrient dense dinners am I giving my child? - am I promoting physical activity? - what kind of a role model am I being with my own nutrition and fitness habits? Children are sponges remember, if they see you being active and eating nutrient dense foods, they will likely follow. If they never see you working out and only ever see you eating poorly, that’s all they’ll know. Set your child up for success and focus on small consistent healthy habits. These healthy habits will compound over time and make a real difference πŸ’ͺ🏼 If you need help with this, please do just ask and we’d be happy to help you out πŸ’ͺ🏼
