HENRY DAVIES, CO-OWNER/ FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Henry is the founder and co-owner of FFTA, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a personal trainer and former Sports Scientist for Crystal Palace U23s. Through his work with both adults and young athletes, Henry recognised a significant gap in fitness education—most adults wish they had started earlier, while many young athletes lacked access to the knowledge and guidance needed to thrive.
This realisation sparked the creation of FFTA. Henry’s vision was simple: make expert fitness knowledge accessible to everyone, especially from a young age, so the next generation grows up confident, capable, and equipped for a healthier future.
As a father, Henry is personally invested in the benefits of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. His desire to give his own son the best foundation fuels his passion to provide the same opportunities for other children.
At FFTA, Henry leads the exercise programming for the academy and oversees the coaching team, ensuring they are continually learning, growing, and delivering the highest standard of support to every child.
